Sizing
With such a wide range of items, sizing variations are bound to occur. In order to help you find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:
- A size conversion chart to help with international sizes
- Product-specific measurement (sleeve length, pant leg width etc)
- Sizes of the garment worn by the models, as well as their specific measurements
The above can be found in the ‘View Size Chart’ tab on any item’s product page.
Our Customer Care team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.
Garment Care
Indicated below are general care instructions according to fabric. For safe results, always test laundering on a small or hidden area on the garment first.
Please note that these are general recommendations. For more accurate guidelines, please follow the specific care instructions indicated on the garment label.
Cotton | • Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle • Tumble dry on low setting |
Linen | • Machine wash in warm water, gentle wash cycle • Tumble dry on cool, remove when still slightly damp |
Cashmere | • Hand wash in lukewarm water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist • Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight |

Please not that pilling is a natural process that occasionally may occur in woolen fibres. Washing your clothes inside out will help prevent pilling and investing in an electric de-piller will help safely remove them. However, if left alone, these will eventually pull away on their own.
Placing an Order
Creating an account provides you with the ability to:
- Keep track of current orders and view previous purchases
- Request a return directly through your account; no phone calls or e-mail request necessary
- Modify an order even after it was placed
- Conveniently place orders; all billing and shipping information is saved
- Sign up for the LEKAT newsletter in order to stay abreast of new arrivals, enjoy our top-tier editorial content, and get a heads up on upcoming sales
Order Information
Once your order has been placed on order information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The checkout confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
If you’ve received your order confirmation and have any concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to help you make modifications.
Please note: for exclusive releases, we serve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
Orders placed after 11 AM may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8 AM
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
Modifying or cancelling an order is always possible so long as it has not yet been packed or shipped.
To modify or cancel your order:
- Log in to your LEKAT account
- Click on the Order History tab
- Under Modify, select the subject of your request
- Fill out the contact form and send us your request
Contact Customer Care if you do not have a LEKAT account and would like to make changes to your existing order. Our Customer Care team will help facilitate any changes before the order enters the shipping queue.
Please note: if an order was placed using the guest check out option, you must create a LEKAT account to modify the order yourself. You can always contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
Checking Your Order Status
To verify an order’s status:
- Log in to your SSENSE account
- Click on the Order History tab
- Under status, the order will be marked as either Received, In Process or Shipped
Please note: the status of your order will be updated throughout your order’s progress.
Here are the definitions of each stage:
Received: You have successfully placed an order and it will be processed soon. In Progress: Your method of payment has been approved and your order will be packed and prepared for shipment shortly. Shipped: We’ve packaged your order and it has been assigned a tracking number. From this point on you will be able to see your package’s progress as it makes its way to you.
Creating an Account
Creating and account will allow you to:

- Place orders with greater ease; all of your billing and shipping information is kept on file

Guest orders
To modify any order(s) placed as a guest you must create a LEKAT account using the same e-mail address used to place the guest order(s)
Forgot Your Password
If you have forgotten or misplaced your LEKAT account password, simply follow this link. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
If prompted to enter your old password, please disregard. This is an indication that you have successfully reset your password and are currently logged into your account.
Account-related inquiries & Data Protection
At LEKAT, you have control over your personal information. As a customer, you may access your account at any time by logging into your account online.
If you have an account, you may access it at any time on the Sign In page.
If you have paced an order as a guest, you may create an account with the email you used for a previous purchase and access your account at any time on the Sign In page.
You may also download your personal information. We will provide it to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
LEKAT is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after JNE has delivered the packages to the designated address.
Customers are responsible if JNE can’t deliver the goods on time to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.
If there are any shipping errors coming from LEKAT, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
We are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charges. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fess charged by shipping company – both for sending and returning the product to us.
Domestic Deliveries
Once an order has been placed, the funds allocated for that purchase will be temporarily on hold—this is the standard pre-authorization period. While this is not an official charge, it is a step towards ensuring there are sufficient funds in the account to successfully complete the transaction.
The amount owed will only be officially deducted account once the order has been approved. At that point, the order will be prepared for shipment and the initial pre-authorization charge will automatically be voided.
Cancelling an order will result in the immediate voiding of the transaction. Please note that it may take your bank additional time to allocate the funds back into the account and update your statement.
International Deliveries
We ship worldwide. We use EMS, Pos Indonesia, DHL for all overseas shipping.
Order Processing Time
We only process your order during business days, from Monday to Friday; but we ship form Monday to Saturday.
All confirmed orders through ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’ menu will be processed on the following day.
We will ship your order of there are no problems occurring in terms of payment.
If you confirm on (starting from 00.01 AM), your order will processed on Monday of the next week. Note that our order process contains of checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.

Payment Method
LEKAT accepts payment via Bank Transfer, Credit Card (MasterCard & Visa), Paypal
However, orders can also be placed via WhatsApp or calling CustomerCare
Please note: only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

To return one or more items from an order:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return
Returns
To initiate a return, please submit a request through your LEKAT account. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. LEKAT adheres to a strict no-paper policy, as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
LEKAT reserves the right to reject returns which did not comply to the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
International Returns International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
Exchanges
LEKAT does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Refunds
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, LEKAT will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.
